4.	Motion to discuss and possibly accept a recommendation for an
electronic medical records system as advertised by RFP. 

5.	Motion to approve resolution #10-14 approving the extension of the
final maturity of the Revenue Anticipation Notes, Series 2014, of the
Hospital Service District of the Parish of St. Bernard, State of Louisiana
and providing for other matters in connection therewith.
