1.   Motion to approve the minutes of the August 20, 2014 Hospital Service
District meeting. 

2. 	Motion to receive presentation from Ms. Melanie Ford on behalf of
the St. Bernard Swim Club.

4. 	Motion to receive update from CEO. 	

5. 	Motion to authorize CEO to engage in contract with third parties for
hospital services.

6.	Motion to request HSD Members to submit all required annual ethics
documents to the secretary at least 30 days in advance.

7.	Motion to authorize the CEO to engage in Phase II of the TCI
Marketing Strategy, with the discretion to begin such phase when the CEO
determines that funds are available to do so. 

8. 	Motion to approve Resolution 11-14: 
	BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the above corporation
do hereby authorize
The CEO and his/her successors in the office to negotiate, on terms and
conditions that he/she may deem advisable, a contract or contracts with the
Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals, and to execute said documents
on behalf of the corporation, and further we do hereby give him/her the
power and authority to do all the things necessary to implement, maintain,
amend or renew said documents.
9.   Motion to approve the minutes of the September 4, 2014 Medical
Executive Committee   
      meeting.




10.   Motion to approve the credentialing of the following physicians as
