I just spoke with District Director from DOTD a few days ago and they expect
the work to be completed by the end of May.

Do you know what is going on with St. Bernard Highway, it has been torn up
for a while and no one is working on it at all.




I have had two rocks in the last three weeks crack my windshield.  I am
