We've not heard anything about Guy McInnis "pulling the state off the
project" since he has no authority over a state agency.  But, Ray has a call
or email into the regional DOTD director to find out what's going on.  Now,
we did hear something about the project's supervisor being let go by DOTD,
but we're not even sure how accurate that is.  I'll let you know what we
find out.
