[WASTE-list] [ANN] WASTE 3.1b1 now available

A beta version of WASTE 3.1 is now available for download:

The biggest change in this release is the addition of a built-in
HIView wrapper, dubbed "HIWASTEView".  In fact, the only new API
is this:

    OptionBits      inWASTEOptions,
    HIViewRef *     outHIViewRef ) ;

HIWASTEView currently requires Mac OS X 10.4, and only works in
compositing windows.  It supports a number of goodies, including:

    1.  Embedding in an HIScrollView.
    2.  Drag and drop.
    3.  Contextual menus.
    4.  Accessibility.
    5.  Services.
    6.  Font panel.

The new SDK contains a radically simplified version of the old
WASTE demo, which uses HIWASTEView.
