Anthony,
Everything was done in MS Word
The mono-gram style lettering on the trivets is called Belphebe.
The lettering on the birth plaques is called monotype corsiva.
The text was put into a text box or "word art" this way I could position it anywhere on the page. I hope this answers your question.
