Hello Al, Everett Ellenwood has a nice web site. Ellenwoodarts.com and he puts out a DVD that teaches "his" method of sharpening your instruments, whether they be v tools, gouges or bench knives. It's quite interesting. It looks quite simple. I have yet to actually try the method. I have watched the DVD though and really liked it's simplicity. Check out his website. You will see he's quite an accomplished carver as well.
