Jack,

The heron is still sitting on the shelf. I got discouraged after setting 
the one eye ten times. Got it as good as it gets and realized that the 
yellow paint came off the eye. So he has one yellow eye and one 
partially clear eye and is a little crosseyed. He's on my list of 
finishing up the carving just for the practice.

I will be arriving in Evart just before the Expo. Plan on staying all 
the way through for both events. With the cost of gas this year, I will 
be parking as much as I can between events.
