Jean if you take your 60º triangle and measure the length of the slope then
transfer that length as the hieght of the apex you will have the shape of
the surface area on each side.
This wont give you the angle cut for the mitres but it will allow you to
draw your paterns.
I could show you how to get the mitre angle but I don,t think I can
describe it only to say that if measured vetical from the base it would be
45º but not from the surface of the slope.
If you plan to plane the angle to fit you could start with 45º and fit it
indvidually.
