[Woodcarver] Rainy day and no email

Hi fellow carvers,

Rain today gave me some time in the shop from outdoors where we were carving a spirit in a live tree. There was only about 5 emails (normally there would be about 300). I discovered that my domain subscription ran out. I didn't keep track of when my 2-year subscription ran out and I never got the email notices from Register.com because of my spam filters on this new computer. My domain was bought up by a broker JIT Limited (1-345-929-2921)(managerdomains at gmail.com). There phone number doesn't work and they haven't yet responded to my email (by phone because my email is through my domain).

I am going to have to purchase my old domain back http://www.thecarvingshop.com or get a new domain in a hurry. Until then I have no email address or email service.

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to contact JIT Limited and has any advice as to how to get my domain back. If you do I would appreciate a call, phone number below, because my email is down.

On the up-side, the woodspirit is going well. The tree overhangs a creek. We had 2 large limbs to remove, both about 15-inch diameter on the creek side. Muddy job to say the least. One of the limbs we left long for an arm with a pointing finger. The other we cut short and became part of the 30-inch spirit face. We had to build a stable platform in the creek bed to hold our ladder and scaffold. We're carving into a lot of end-grain so the Arbortech Pro is our number one tool of choice. Weather permitting we hope to finish it on Friday. The owner said that the tree seemed to be dying last summer but we're hoping cutting these limbs back will help the tree through more good years. I'm not sure what type of tree it is. It is hard white wood with bright red streaks. It grows very slow. The owner said that 35 years ago the tree was almost as big as it is now. I will post some pictures when it is done.
