I watched my grandpa, when I was little, carve out smoking pipes for he and my grandma would carve and whittle. I want to do this but I have no idea where to start and since both of my grandparents are deceased I can not ask their advice on how to start, where to get the wood, and other tools, or patterns, or directions, I am coming into this totally blind about where to start and what to do, can anyone out there help me?
Thank you
Kathy
