If you are trying to pack light, I suggest getting a carving jack
from flextool.  I use one when traveling and it has most of the tools
I normally use and like all flextools, they are sharp and easy to
maintain.  Just remember to put it in your checked baggage since NO
ONE wants to toss a $130 jack knife!
