Location of Photo of Eng 302 in 1939?

Abram: There is an almost identical shot in my father's collection
(minus the Z1b). On the back, he has noted "Roanoke, VA ". In the lower
right corner is the rubber stamp for August A. Thieme, 3905 Floyd Ave.,
Richmond 21, VA. Jim Nichols
