Portsmouth, OH coaling tower

I was browsing an old Trains mag, March 1969, reading about NKP 759.                                                                                On page 42, there is a photo of 759 next to the Portsmouth coaling tower, taken by non-other than Thomas D. Dressler.
Q-1 Where in the yard was the tower located?
Q-2 When was the tower taken down? 
Q-3 Are there drawings available from the Society of the tower?
