"NW" in the Wikipedia Article on the N&W

I am not sure; however, the absence of the ampersand in "NW-Mailing-List"
may well be related to restrictions on the use of an ampersand. I know
ampersands are not allowed on web domain names. It may be a similar issue.
Just saying.
