Proportion of HPa/HPb/HPc/HPd hopper rebuilds

Thanks for sharing that, Matt. I'm also interested to know how many of the
HP cars received Wine door locks in place of the ratchet mechanism that
they had as-built. Was Wine lock installation done in lieu of further
rebuilding, or were ratchets replaced with Wine locks on cars that were
later rebuilt to HPc or HPd? I don't have access to my Dow book at the
moment, unfortunately.
