List Rules/ I'd like an explanation

I think it comes down to good judgement and common sense. It is one thing to 
alert everybody about a new product or the need to register for it and another 
to present a dialog intended to sell this product. Like it states, ONE TIME. 
The main difference would be someone pushing their own product. Bottom line is 
it is the Moderator who will make the final call.
