Scaletrains N Gauge C39-8 Inquiry

Will the Commissary be offering the upcoming C39-8 model locomotive in N
scale to members?
Their website states pre-orders are due on July 23.
If the Commissary won't offer it, we N scalers would need time to order
from other venders.
