Scaletrains N Gauge C39-8 Inquiry

  Thus far there has only been two people interested in two units each with a third person that said they would also be interested in this model.  We have to purchase by the case (6) from Scale Trains which can be a mixture of CR , NS and PA Northeastern units.

 

  To further inquire, would anyone be interested in the Conrail units? Who would prefer units that are DCC ready (DC) and units with sound and DCC?Also keep in mind that Scale Trains will re-release these units with ditchlights in the future.  We would sell the units at the same price as Scale Trains which is $135 for DCC ready and $225 for units equipped with sound and DCC.

 

  I can call Shane Wilson any time prior to the 23rd with an order.  I would like to see more interest from our N-scale brothers prior to the conclusion of the weekend.  Thanks to all.

Will the Commissary be offering the upcoming C39-8 model locomotive in N scale to members?

Their website states pre-orders are due on July 23.

If the Commissary won't offer it, we N scalers would need time to order from other venders.
