Thanks Ken and Jim for the pointers.
I’m modeling 1938-ish, Circleville, Ohio, so 17” are what I’m looking for.

Matt: Check out "K4Pacific" on ebay or go to K4SUPPLY.COM. They have a set of the 17" letters which will do 6 cars for about a buck each. It is set K4-NWH9-87-01. The numbers supplied are correct for H9's rather than HL's, but hey! It's still a nice decal. They also have a set for covered hoppers: (24" letters) K4-NWCH-87-01.
