Hi,
What's the worst you've been called, as an athlete.
What about hearing others be called names?
What about today's norms?
Humm....
The Motivation section in the Global Library for ISCA Members at
Read.SwimISCA.org has been enriched with a few additions and changes.
Login and then hit:
https://read.swimisca.org/courses/global-library-for-isca-members/lessons/sports-psychology-for-swimming-coaches/
(Goldsmith)
Then topics:
Your Greatest Power: The Power to Choose (Hannula)
GRIT before GLORY — Emotion in Sports (Heil)
Motivation (Hannula)
Hashtag: Turkeys and Plunkers worked in a fun / serious way with team
culture back in the day
That last one is causing the most head-scratching. You need to be careful
if you call anyone anything these days. So, what do we put into the library
as a lesson? Check it out and see if it passes your sniff tests.

Thanks.
