Heh, with all this "IANAL" and speculation, we really should have someone who IS a lawyer posting to this.
Anyway, what exactly is an obsolete game? One that isn't designed for a "current" platform? I know that I still enjoy older games, even if I do need to smack my Nintendo around in order to play them. Also, what about games that are remade in a different format, such as java or flash? Could some sort of project be put together to convert "obsolete" games into web-playable formats, or something similar? Again, just throwing out ideas here. :-D
