[game_preservation] Quarterly newsletter?

Well, I second the idea of a newsletter. It's good to keep up on these
things. Not sure if it would be more beneficial for me to get a newsletter
before or after the monthly meetings of the Colorado Game Developers, which
is first Tuesday of each month.

Didn't know we had a forum, but I guess if nobody's using it then no loss so
far, huh?
