[game_preservation] Another preservation resource

This document is part of a larger handbook and was recommended to me by a
digital archivist who is doing work with photography. It takes a slightly
different approach to general digital media preservation papers, but the
ideas are analogous. I haven't finished going through it yet though, but
he's got some good ideas from what I've read.
