[game_preservation] SIG Icon and theme

Hi again.

To be clear, I think that the joystick image should be in the belljar--I think the [pres sig logo belljar.png] is best. The bit-mapped version of the joystick is also my preference--it gives an air of 'early graphics'
Just my 2 cents (pence, yen, etc.)
