[game_preservation] SIG Icon and theme Atari Joystick + Belljar

Ok, colors look good. I'm beginning to think that a handle atop the bell jar
does not look that great.

You can make the jar glass a little bit thicker and add a light reflection
(you can use the light gray from the joystick to keep with the 8-bit
profile).

Otherwise, the colors look good and the curve of the jar looks good. The
IGDA logo on the joystick base is nice. However, people who don't know what
the IGDA logo is will be confused about the logo on the base.
