I was talking Amazon. They had 'new' copies.

This appears to be the rerelease and is sold through an Amazon reseller. The
jewel case versions will set you back at least $50 used, and I believe those
may be the original print (so a collector would probably be more interested
in those). If you'll notice, some fo the other games like Full Throttle
aren't even in stock.
