[game_preservation] Facebook and LinkedIn groups added

I created some rudimentary pages for the IGDA Game Preservation SIG. Henry
and Andrew are both admins now on the Facebook group and the LinkedIn group
will have more admins after they join :)

I suppose at this point we should be looking at recommendations for
materials to go on both groups (this can also include logo updates as well).
