[game_preservation] Mobygames and KLOV

Hey Frank,

Good starting locations for information, the main thing is we don't have
anyone spare to do the research, although it is something important we
should have an ear on. If anyone has the time to follow up Frank's
advice for the SIG and fill out information on collectors, collector
communities, etc. tell us and then go for it :)

If in a month or more I have time I'll try chasing it up myself.
