[game_preservation] IGN is closing the Gamespy and Classicgaming networks

By the way, the guys at Kontek are offering free hosting for all
Classicgaming refugees, so it's likely many will find their way to
domain.kontek.com
So there might not be a need for a total panic just yet, but I figured I'd
at least get the info out there...
