[game_preservation] When XBLA games shut down

There's been a lot of hullaballoo about MMO's shutting down on the PC, but
console-based MMOs can also fail, the most recent casualty of which is
Chromehounds:

few other multiplayer online games like PSO, Metal Gear Online, and Resident
Evil: Outbreak all had online components. Due to the closed nature of
console gaming, it seems like it would be a lot harder to preserve online
console play, though there could certainly be some hacks like Warp Pipe for
Gamecube.
