[game_preservation] JVC special issue on machinima

The special issue of /Journal of Visual Culture/ devoted to machinima is 
just out.  It was co-edited by Susan Rojo, Matteo Bittanti (former SHL), 
and me.  So pretty much a Stanford-organized effort.
