[game_preservation] Game Preservation SIG at GDC

Good news - we're in for GDC.  Even better, we received one of the W/Th 
slots.  This means that the (relatively) cheap expo pass should be 
sufficient to get you in for the roundtable and we are scheduled on a 
conference day.
As promised, I'll try to work something with skype or a Google+ 
gathering if 10 or fewer want the remote hookup.
