This year celebrates the 25th anniversary of many games, so GDC has decided
to run classic postmortems, including big names such as Doom, Pac-Man, and
Another World. Makes me sad I can't make it; conference is simply too
expensive for someone who can't get funding to attend. I wish they would
announce all this stuff farther in advance too.

GDC 25 Special: Classic Game Postmortems
***********************************************************

GDC continually looks to the future for new technologies,
innovations, and best practices. Celebrating its milestone
25th edition this year, GDC also takes the time to reflect
on where the industry has been and the accomplishments over
the years.

A series of lectures each pay tribute to familiar classic game
titles, which are undoubtedly the innovators of their time.
