[game_preservation] Release date of the Odyssey?

Kent's book has several known inaccuracies. I just can't find any evidence
that Sears had anything to do with Magnavox consoles until the Odyssey 2.
I'd love to be proven wrong, though. I haven't been able to find the
original Odyssey in ANY of the known catalogs of the time, so it may very
well have truly been a Magnavox dealership exclusive as has been previously
suggested.
