[game_preservation] Fwd: End of the arcade CRT monitor

I'm going to Galloping Ghost Arcade tomorrow, and I'd be happy to ask
and report back. (They have over 300+ functioning coin-ops.)

From information conversations with non-operators, people are fitting
LCD monitors into cabinets and using cheap "CGA to VGA" (not really CGA)
converters. Sadly, this eliminates the scanlines, so they don't look
quite the same. But at least you can play the original code with the
original controls, so I guess it's not a total loss. I'll ask the
operators tomorrow.
