I donated to show support on the 2nd day, but as the campaign wore on, 
the project creator was unable to justify his budget costs (a 
significant portion seemed allocated to travel and expenses relating to 
film festival submissions, as well as music licensing/clearance) and the 
additional example clips he posted were of increasingly lower quality. 
He has also been noticeably absent and not responded adequately to 
questions or criticism.  All of these factors compounded negative 
response to the point where people are actively lowering their prior 
contributions (!).

A shame, since he has interviews with many of the Sierra principles and 
I would love to watch that footage someday.
