[game_preservation] Game preservation panel at GDC

GDC panels are recorded, but they tend to only be available for purchase
through the GDC Vault. Certain panels, however, do get distributed for
free, but I have no idea how the selection process works. All the classic
game postmortems should be available though. Still, this is something that
I think everyone should have access to.
