I am passing this along in case anyone wants to organize a SIG social 
gathering (not the same as the roundtable) during GDC.  Go ahead and 
follow the instructions.  I won't be in town that week, so whoever wants 
to organize is welcome to do it.

Hello Chapter and SIG leaders,

It's time to schedule Chapter and SIGs to schedule a social gathering 
for their group at the IGDA booth! This is a one hour time slot for your 
members to network, socialize and just get to know each other outside 
the context of a more formal Chapter/SIG meeting.

Social gatherings are assigned on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis on 
this Google spreadsheet

If you have any problems accessing this document, email me immediately 
and let me know your preference. If we end up with any conflicts due to 
tech glitches, I'll work it out with you. (Please note that the 
organizers of social gatherings will *not* receive a GDC speakers pass.)

Also, please fill out the attached form and return to me, and we'll work 
to get these in the official GDC schedule.

*Deadline*: end of day 27 January
