[game_preservation] Spacewar Questionnaire

Hi Alex thanks. We already talked to Steve and a number of the major people
involved at MIT and Stanford. What wwe'remainly looking for right now as
mentioned are the non-integral figures. I.e. the average students that may
have seen or played it.
