It’s available through the Proquest online dissertation service, if you have access to it.  Like nearly all dissertations, it is distributed by UMI. The dissertation was followed by a book, which is probably out-of-print by now.

The list has been quiet for some time - maybe this is of interest in terms of career trajectories in game preservation?
