Hi all,

It's a new month and I've got a new slate of shows.  Hope you can make it to some of them!

I have a couple of new recordings from last month's show at AS220 with the Running Commentary which I've put on my demo page at <http://music.jwgh.org/demo/>. I've also temporarily put up another recording from that show.  It'll probably come down on Monday, but until then you can download it here: <http://music.jwgh.org/freemp3/PartTimeDog.php>  It's pretty rough -- we had only played it once before the show -- but it has an energy to it I like.

Thursday February 3 - OPEN MIKE FEATURED ACT - J. HALLER & THE RUNNING COMMENTARY

Me and the band will be the featured act at Don Tassone's weekly open mike.  Don does a nice job with the open mike and it should be a fun time for all.  Snacks (usually including pie), soda, beer, and coffee are all available.  Any donations go to pay the featured act.  Hope you can make it!

I'm happy to be back at the Empire Revue cabaret show where I'll be playing an original song.  There will also be comedy, burlesque, more music, and who knows what else.  It's always a fun time -- hope you can make it!

Special guests this month feature Bettysioux Tailor, Jake Haller, Jon Campbell, David Tessier, and more!

Chris Monti and I play more music than you can shake a stick at.  We played the Oak Hill Tavern in July and had a really fun time.  Come on down for some tasty food -- I recommend the deep fried green beans with wasabi sauce as an appetizer!  No cover.


Thursday February 25 - OPEN MIKE FEATURED ACT- J. HALLER & N. MARKWARD

Natalie will accompany me on a bunch of original and cover songs at this fun open mike, which is hosted by Whalebone Jackson. The Locals serves beer and wine, plus tasty food made from locally-produced ingredients.  We are pleased to be the open mike's first featured act and we hope there will be a nice crowd to check things out!
