I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!

It's been a while since I've sent one of these out -- sorry to be so last minute about it!  There are a few shows of interest this month, though, including one this very day:


Wednesday December 4 -- w/JOE AUGER

Tonight I'm playing a show with the great Daniel Ouellette & the Shobijin, the also great Ian Fitzgerald, and the most excellent Joe Auger.  Joe will be playing some of his own songs solo, as well as backing me up on some of mine.

We've decided that we'll each play a series of short sets throughout the night, so if you can only be there at the beginning of the show, or if you can only get there late, either way you should be able to catch me playing, as well as the other acts!

Today is also National Cookie Day, so we plan to bring cookies; so if you come, please plan to eat some cookies!

I'll be opening for the very entertaining musical improv group "Pipes" (one of its members is my friend Pete Avitable) at this show.  I've seen them perform once and it was a lot of fun; I'm looking forward to seeing them again, and I hope you can make it too!


Tuesday December 31 - EMPIRE REVUE

The Empire Revue is having a special performance New Year's Eve, and I have been invited to contribute a song!  The Empire Revue is a sort of cabaret or variety show, with music, comedy, and the night will end with a special dance party and countdown with the Superchief Trio.  Start the new year with a smile on your face!
