Hi all,

I’m excited to let you know that the Too Tight Jug Band, which I’m a member of, is playing at the first annual Great Northeast Jug Band Festival on Saturday! Details are below. I think this will be a lot of fun, and I’m interested in hearing all of the other bands on the bill. Hope you can make it!

Saturday May 4 - JUG BAND FESTIVAL
--------------
WHERE: The Arlington Masonic Temple, 19 Academy Street, Arlington, MA 02476
WHEN: 6-10 pm, with a jam to follow
COVER: $20 — tickets available at https://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/4103072

There will be workshops from 6-7 pm, and then performances by us (the Too Tight Jug Band), the High Maintenance Jug Band, the KC Moaners, Outrageous Fortune, and the Busted Jug Band. Some of us will jam afterward, from 10 pm to midnight. There will be barbecue and drinks. Should be great!

Sunday May 5 - SONGWRITERS IN THE ROUND ANNIVERSARY SHOW
------------
WHERE: The Mediator Stage, 50 Rounds Street, Providence, RI
WHEN: 7:30 pm

Fifteen years of Songwriters in the Round! Kind of amazing. Me, the other two hosts, and our guest performers will all be playing our original songs following a short RISA membership meeting at 7 pm. Hope to see you there!

The lineup (in no particular order — we’ll figure out who’s playing when on the night) is:

* Jacob Haller, with Kala Farnham & Rachel Marie
* Jan Luby, with Jim Palana & Mary Ann Rossoni
* Joanne Lurgio music, with Curtis Brand & Andrew Begin

That’s what I’ve got for May currently. Hope to see all y’all soon!

Thanks,
Jacob Haller
