Which UTC do you mean?

The one with leap seconds as defined by the series of documents ITU-R
TF.460 through TF.460-6?

Or the one without leap seconds as defined by POSIX, IEEE P1003.1?

Or the one in Android devices (which is really GPS time, not UTC)?
