Hooded Signals

In Romulus, Mich   where the Wabash crossed the C&O NS has installed 
new hooded signals for the interlocking plant and distant 
signals.  Even installed a new cantliver signal bridge for the east 
home signals.
   This plant had searchlight and dwarf signals protecting it.  New 
signals not in service yet.
