This is Train 25, the westbound Powhatan Arrow. It appears to have been taken somewhere east of Roanoke, probably near Blue Ridge.

In the mid 1960's, this consist was typical of the Arrow east of Roanoke during the week. On Fridays and Sundays it could have up to several more passenger cars, largely because of the many colleges along its route.

Can anyone tell me what train this might be? I find it interesting that it is so short yet it has a P.S. diner on the end...
