Bluefield Allen St. Pedestian Overpass removed

Joe,
Another landmark of my youth has disappeared. My grandfather (who was an N&W conductor, S gauge modeller, and closet railfan) used to take me there to watch Y's battling their way into the yard. Needless to say, I didn't stand a chance with trains.
