Ed, Roger, and others: why?  The Norfolk and Western, the railroad for
which we are enthusiasts and modelers, has been gone for 43 years. The
classic Norfolk and Western, in some views, has been gone since 1964. Some
would say their interest ends in 1960, when the last steam locomotive was
in revenue service. Even if you dislike UP, and its boatload of
predecessors, why would that reduce your interest in your railroad?

This may increase this organization's interest in what is going to be
another fallen flag.  Or the UP Society May embrace them.  Let's see what
happens.
