Union Pacific and Norfolk seek 1st transcontinental railroad through a massive merger - Virginia Business Union Pacific seeks $85B merger with Norfolk Southern

I simply don’t like UP.  My least favorite Class 1.  I well understand
railroad operations and financials.  I well understand mergers.  I don’t
like the damn yellow.  It’s hardly a Southeastern railroad.  I simply don’t
like UP.
